Before arrival
Preparing the arrival
Access, parking, reception hours.
You built your reputation on the way you welcome guests. Léon carries it onto WhatsApp. He answers your guests with your information and your rules, and gives your team time for what no machine will ever do in their place.
For every place that welcomes travellers.
An arrival time, a dinner plan, a train to catch. Léon answers them wherever they are, with your hotel's information.

During the stay
Restaurant, spa, breakfast, facilities.

Your guest writes as if to a friend. Léon replies with a butler's courtesy and your hotel's information, then hands over to your team as soon as a person needs to step in.
Two great names of New York dining and Harvard professors have observed it, each in their own field. Léon exists so your team has the time to welcome guests well.
Service is the technical delivery of a product. Hospitality is how the delivery of that product makes its recipient feel.
For Danny Meyer, founder of Union Square Hospitality Group, guests come back because they felt seen and looked after, far more than for a technically perfect meal.
Service is black and white; hospitality is color.
Will Guidara led Eleven Madison Park to the title of best restaurant in the world. He recommends getting the essentials exactly right, so the team keeps its energy for the gestures that surprise.
Available teams create loyal customers, and loyal customers create profitability.Summary of the study
Studying service companies, the Harvard researchers described the “service-profit chain”: staff satisfaction and availability feed perceived quality, which feeds loyalty, which feeds results.
Retaining 5% more customers can increase profits by 25% to 85%.Finding of the study
Frederick Reichheld and W. Earl Sasser measured, industry by industry, what a loyal customer is worth. They spend more, cost less to serve and recommend the house to others.
These authors speak about hospitality in general. They have neither tested nor endorsed Léon.
You give your guests answers at any hour, and your team more time to welcome them.
Opening hours, parking, breakfast, good addresses: Léon takes the questions that keep coming back. Your team focuses on the guest standing in front of them.
Late arrival, a Sunday question, a guest from abroad: Léon answers at any hour, in the guest's language, and passes anything urgent to your team.
Every time a guest asks “where should we eat tonight?”, Léon first suggests your restaurant, your spa, your services, then the addresses you have chosen.
Depending on your booking software, Léon checks your arrivals, departures and room status, and prepares your team's handover. Read-only: he changes nothing.
Every day, my front desk spends answering the same questions. An hour of front desk costs me .
Time freed up is not a cash saving: it is time given back to hospitality. Indicative calculation based on your own estimates; setup of CHF 3,000 excl. VAT not included.

Your front desk is involved at every step, and nothing goes live without your approval.
For two weeks, your front desk notes the questions it receives, without any guest names.
From it we write Léon's house book: your answers, your tone, and what he must pass on to the team. You review it line by line.

Your team asks him real questions, trick ones included. Léon speaks to your guests on the day you give the green light.
“Can you guarantee me a lake-view room?”
Léon passes the request to reception, without promising anything.
No. Léon is an AI that handles everyday questions: opening hours, access, parking, recommendations. Welcoming guests, exceptions and decisions stay with your team, and your guests can always reach a person.
He answers only from the house book you have approved. When the answer isn't in it, he says so and passes the question to the team. He never confirms a booking, a table, a price or an access code on his own.
At launch, logging the questions and reviewing the house book. After that, a designated person tells us what changes (hours, menu, building works) and we make the update.
On your hotel's WhatsApp. The number and your house book belong to you, including if you stop.
In your guests' languages. Before launch, we confirm with you the languages your front desk actually receives.
Your guests know they are talking to an AI. Only what is necessary is kept, for a period agreed with you. Access, providers and place of processing are set out in writing before launch, under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Léon runs on recent AI models, framed by our own rules for answering and handing over. We present the architecture and providers to your management in a dedicated meeting, before anything is signed.
Depending on your software and the access your vendor allows. The connection is read-only: Léon checks your arrivals, departures and room status for your team, without changing anything. We assess it with you and price it in the quote.
Setup starts at CHF 3,000 excl. VAT, then the subscription from CHF 499 excl. VAT per month, about CHF 16 a day. The exact quote depends on your hotel and your needs; we present it after a first conversation with your management.
Ask him the questions your front desk hears every day, and judge for yourself.
